of <h1>Tamil Nadu Amends GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines for Small Businesses; New Dates Set for Jan-Mar 2020 Returns.</h1> The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Tamil Nadu has issued an amendment to Notification No. 14/2019 - TNGST, dated October 11, 2019. This amendment pertains to the filing of GSTR-3B returns for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to five crore rupees in the previous financial year, whose principal place of business is in Tamil Nadu. These taxpayers must submit their returns for January, February, and March 2020 electronically by February 22, March 22, and April 22, 2020, respectively. The amendment is effective from February 3, 2020.
