of <h1>Tamil Nadu extends FORM GSTR 9/9C deadline for FY 2017-18 to February 5, 2020, u/s 44 and Rule 80.</h1> The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Tamil Nadu has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR 9/9C for the fiscal year 2017-18 to February 5, 2020. This extension applies to registered businesses in Tamil Nadu, as per Section 44 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 80 of the corresponding rules. The notification, based on the Council's recommendations, is effective from February 1, 2020.
