of <h1>Haryana Govt Sets April 21, 2020, as Start Date for Rule 9(c) and Rule 25 of GST Amendment Rules.</h1> The Haryana Government, through its Excise and Taxation Department, has issued a notification under section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification, dated May 27, 2020, designates April 21, 2020, as the effective date for implementing the provisions of clause (c) of rule 9 and rule 25 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2019. These provisions were initially notified on July 18, 2019. The notification was authorized by the Principal Secretary to the Government of Haryana, Excise and Taxation Department.
