of <h1>Uttarakhand GST Act Amendment: Taxpayers Using FORM GSTR-3B in 2019-20 Exempt from Additional Filings.</h1> The Government of Uttarakhand has issued an amendment to Notification No. 430/2019 concerning the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from May 20, 2020, allows taxpayers who have submitted their tax returns using FORM GSTR-3B instead of FORM GST CMP-08 for the financial year 2019-20 to be exempt from filing the statement of outward supply in FORM GSTR-1 or the details of self-assessed tax payment in FORM GST CMP-08 for that year. This decision is made in public interest under the authority of the Governor and based on the Council's recommendations.
