of <h1>Karnataka Extends GSTR 9/9C Filing Deadline for FY 2018-19 to 30th September 2020 u/s 44, Rule 80.</h1> The Government of Karnataka, through the Department of Commercial Taxes, has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR 9/9C for the financial year 2018-19. The new due date is set for 30th September 2020. This extension is enacted under the powers granted by section 44 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 80 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification supersedes a previous notification dated 24th March 2020, except for actions completed before the supersession.
