This approval is contingent upon the trust's compliance with the provisions of the specified section and rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962. Additionally, the trust must ensure that all investments are aligned with the modes specified in sub-section (5) of section 11 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, by March 31, 2000.
