of <h1>Mizoram Enforces GST Amendment Ordinance 2019 from Feb 1; Excludes Certain Sections Including Section 8(2) and Section 17.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has issued a notification to enforce the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, effective from February 1, 2019. This ordinance, identified as Ordinance No. 1 of 2019, will implement its provisions except for sub-section (2) of section 8, section 17, section 18, and subsection (1) of section 20. The notification was signed by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department.
