of <h1>Goa Finance Department Implements Rule 87(13) and Form GST PMT-09 Under GST Act, Effective April 21, 2020.</h1> The Government of Goa, through its Department of Finance, has issued a notification to enact rule 87(13) and Form GST PMT-09 under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, effective from April 21, 2020. This decision is made under the authority granted by section 164 of the Act, in conjunction with clause (c) of rule 9 and rule 25 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019. The notification was officially dated May 12, 2020, and issued by the Under Secretary of Finance.
