of <h1>Maharashtra Implements Rule 87(13) and FORM GST PMT-09 from April 21, 2020, under GST Rules 2017.</h1> Notification No. 37/2020-State Tax issued by the Finance Department of Maharashtra aims to implement the provisions of rule 87 (13) and FORM GST PMT-09 under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Exercising powers under section 164 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and in accordance with the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, the notification appoints April 21, 2020, as the effective date for these provisions. This action is authorized by the Government of Maharashtra and communicated by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
