of <h1>Kerala Waives Late Fees for Delayed GSTR-3B Filing from July 2017 to September 2018; Reduced Fees if Filed by March 2019.</h1> The Government of Kerala, under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has waived late fees for delayed filing of FORM GSTR-3B for the period from July 2017 to September 2018. Registered persons who failed to submit the return by the due date can have their late fees reduced to twenty-five rupees per day, or ten rupees if no state tax is payable, provided they file between December 22, 2018, and March 31, 2019. This decision follows recommendations from the GST Council and supersedes previous notifications.
