of <h1>Sikkim Extends Deadline for FORM GST ITC-04 Submission to March 31, 2019, u/s 168 and Rule 45.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to goods dispatched to or received from a job worker during the period from July 2017 to December 2018. The new deadline for submission is set for March 31, 2019. This notification supersedes a previous one dated October 26, 2018, except for actions completed or omitted before the supersession. This decision is made under the authority of section 168 of the Sikkim GST Act and rule 45 of the Sikkim GST Rules.
