of <h1>Madhya Pradesh GST Act 2017: Aadhaar Authentication Exemptions for Non-Citizens and Specific Classes Effective April 1, 2020.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifies exemptions from Aadhaar authentication. The exemptions apply to individuals who are not Indian citizens and exclude certain classes such as individuals, authorized signatories, managing and authorized partners, and the Karta of a Hindu undivided family. This notification, issued by the Commercial Tax Department, is effective from April 1, 2020, following recommendations from the Council.
