of <h1>Nagaland Amends GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines for Small Taxpayers Under GST Act 2017; Check New Dates Now.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, issued Notification-02/2020 to amend the filing deadlines for the GSTR-3B returns under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to five crore rupees in the previous financial year, located in specified states and union territories, must file their returns for January, February, and March 2020 by February 22, March 22, and April 22, respectively. For taxpayers in other specified regions, the deadlines are February 24, March 24, and April 24, 2020.
