of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Implements Rule 87(13) and GST FORM PMT-09 Effective April 21, 2020, u/s 164 Powers.</h1> The notification issued by the Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh, under Notification No. 37/2020-State Tax, announces the implementation of provisions under rule 87 (13) and FORM GST PMT-09 of the Himachal Pradesh GST Rules, 2017. Exercising powers granted by Section 164 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and related amendments, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh has designated April 21, 2020, as the effective date for these provisions. The notification is authorized by the Principal Secretary of Excise and Taxation.
