of <h1>Jharkhand amends GST Notification: Date change in third proviso from 10th January to 17th January 2020.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended Notification No. 4/2018-State Tax, dated 20th February 2018, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. As per the amendment, the date '10th January, 2020' in the third proviso is replaced with '17th January, 2020.' This change is effective retroactively from 10th January, 2020. The amendment was issued by the Commercial Taxes Department under Notification No. 4/2020-State Tax, S.O. No. 16, dated 21st April 2020, following the recommendations of the Council.
