of <h1>MP Govt Allows Special Filing Procedure for GST Annual Returns for 2017-19 u/s 44, Rule 80.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, notifies registered persons with an annual turnover not exceeding two crore rupees who have not submitted their annual return for the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19. These individuals are permitted to follow a special procedure allowing them to file the annual return under section 44 of the Act and rule 80 of the Rules. If the return is not submitted by the due date, it will be considered furnished on that date. This notification is effective from October 9, 2019.
