of <h1>Odisha Updates State Level Screening Committee for Anti-Profiteering; Appoints New Officials Under GST Rule 123.</h1> The Government of Odisha has amended its previous notification regarding the State Level Screening Committee for Anti-Profiteering under the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This amendment, dated March 3, 2020, replaces the original entries for serial numbers 1 and 2. The new entries designate the Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha, and the Principal Commissioner of Central Tax, Bhubaneswar, CGST Commissionerate, as the responsible officials. This change is made under the authority granted by rule 123 of both the Odisha and Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in the interest of public welfare.
