of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification: Submit FORM GST CMP-08 by July 7 and FORM GSTR-4 by July 15, 2020.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(100)/2805, dated 8th May 2019, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments require certain individuals to submit a statement of self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending 31st March 2020 by 7th July 2020. Additionally, they must file the return in FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year ending 31st March 2020 by 15th July 2020. These amendments are issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, Government of Goa.
