of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification: Late Fee Waiver for GSTR-1 Submissions from March to May 2020 if Filed by June 30.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended its earlier notification regarding the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from April 21, 2020, waives the late fee for registered persons who fail to submit their outward supply details in FORM GSTR-1 for March, April, and May 2020, as well as for the quarter ending March 31, 2020. To benefit from this waiver, the details must be submitted by June 30, 2020. This amendment is made under the powers conferred by section 128 of the Act and follows recommendations from the Council.
