of <h1>Sikkim Designates Official E-Invoice Portals Under GST Act 2017, Effective January 1, 2020, Following GST Council Advice.</h1> The Government of Sikkim, through its Commercial Taxes Division, issued a notification under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective January 1, 2020, it designates specific websites as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for e-invoice preparation. The portals listed are einvoice1.gst.gov.in through einvoice10.gst.gov.in, managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network, a company under the Companies Act, 2013. This initiative follows the recommendations of the GST Council.
