of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Updates GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for November 2019 to December 23, 2019, u/s 168.</h1> The Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh issued Notification No. 73/2019-State Tax, amending Notification No. 44/2019-State Tax dated November 1, 2019. Under the authority of Section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and following the Council's recommendations, a proviso was added requiring the electronic submission of the GSTR-3B return for November 2019 through the common portal by December 23, 2019. This amendment is effective from December 20, 2019, as ordered by the Principal Secretary of Excise and Taxation.
