of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Extends GST Annual Return Deadline to 7th February 2020 for 2017-18 u/s 44.</h1> The Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh, under Notification No. 06/2020-State Tax dated 14th February 2020, extends the deadline for submitting the annual return as specified under Section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to registered persons whose principal place of business is in Himachal Pradesh, for the period from 1st July 2017 to 31st March 2018. The new deadline for electronic submission through the common portal is set for 7th February 2020. The extension is issued by the Commissioner based on the Council's recommendations.
