of <h1>West Bengal extends GST filing deadlines: FORM GST CMP-08 due July 7, 2020, and FORM GSTR-4 due July 15, 2020.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued a notification extending the deadlines for certain GST filings. The due date for furnishing FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending March 2020 is extended to July 7, 2020. Additionally, the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2020-21 is extended to July 15, 2020. This amendment to the previous notification is made under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and is effective from April 3, 2020. The notification is issued by the Finance Department, Revenue, under the authority of the Governor.
