of <h1>Maharashtra Amends GST Notification to Waive Late Fees for GSTR-1 Filings for Feb-Apr 2020, Deadline June 30, 2020.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra, under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification to conditionally waive late fees for delays in submitting outward supply statements in FORM GSTR-1 for February to April 2020. This waiver applies to registered persons who submit the required details by June 30, 2020. This amendment is part of Notification No. 33/2020-State Tax, dated April 7, 2020, and modifies an earlier notification from January 24, 2018. The notification is issued by the Finance Department of Maharashtra.
