of <h1>Maharashtra GST Notification: Deadline Extended for FORM GSTR-1 Submission for Turnover Over 1.5 Crore, April-Sept 2020.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra, has issued a notification under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, extending the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit FORM GSTR-1. This extension applies to the months from April 2020 to September 2020, with the new due date set for the 11th day of the month following each respective month. Details for furnishing returns under section 38 for the same period will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
