of <h1>Gujarat Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for May 2020; New Dates: June 27 and July 12/14, 2020.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has issued a notification extending the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for supplies made in May 2020. Taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding 5 crore rupees in the previous financial year must file by June 27, 2020. Those with a turnover up to 5 crore rupees, whose principal place of business is in specified states and union territories, must file by July 12, 2020, or July 14, 2020, depending on their location. This amendment is made under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as recommended by the Council.
