of <h1>Gujarat waives late fees for FORM GSTR-3B filing delays from Feb-Apr 2020; deadlines vary by turnover size.</h1> The Government of Gujarat issued a notification waiving late fees for delayed submission of FORM GSTR-3B for the tax periods of February to April 2020. This waiver applies to different classes of taxpayers based on their aggregate turnover. Taxpayers with turnovers above 5 crores are required to file by June 24, 2020. Those with turnovers between 1.5 crores and 5 crores must file by June 29, 2020, for February and March, and by June 30, 2020, for April. Taxpayers with turnovers up to 1.5 crores have deadlines of June 30, July 3, and July 6, 2020, respectively. The notification is effective from March 20, 2020.
