of <h1>Telangana amends GST Notification to exclude development rights supplied after April 1, 2019, effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Telangana has amended Notification No. 4/2018 - State Tax (Rate) under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 1, 2019, adds an explanation stating that the notification does not apply to development rights supplied on or after April 1, 2019. This change was made following recommendations from the Council and is officially documented in Notification No. 23/2019 - State Tax (Rate).
