of <h1>Goa extends GST annual return deadline to June 30, 2020, for FY 2018-2019 u/s 44 and Rule 80.</h1> The Government of Goa, through the Department of Finance and the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has extended the deadline for submitting the annual return under Section 44 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with Rule 80 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The new deadline for electronic submission via the common portal for the financial year 2018-2019 is now set for June 30, 2020. This extension is based on the recommendations of the Council and is formalized by the Commissioner of State Tax.
