of <h1>Haryana extends GSTR-1 filing deadline for businesses over Rs. 1.5 crore turnover for April to September 2020.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has issued a notification extending the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit FORM GSTR-1. This extension applies to the months from April 2020 to September 2020 under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for submission is the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. Additionally, the time limit for furnishing details or returns under section 38 for the same period will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
