of <h1>Bihar GST Rules Amended: Lottery Supply Value Set at 100/128 of Ticket Face Value or Notified Price.</h1> The Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020, effective from March 1, 2020, amends the Bihar GST Rules, 2017. Under the new amendment, the value of lottery supply is set at 100/128 of the ticket's face value or the price notified by the Organising State in the Official Gazette, whichever is higher. This change is enacted under the authority of the Governor of Bihar, following the recommendations of the Council, and is published in the official gazette.
