of <h1>West Bengal extends deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-9/GSTR-9C for July 2017-March 2018 to February 7, 2020.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in West Bengal has extended the deadline for submitting the annual return and reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9/FORM GSTR-9C for the period from July 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018. This extension applies to registered persons whose principal place of business is in West Bengal. The new due date for furnishing the return is set for February 7, 2020. This notification, issued by the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, is effective from February 3, 2020.
