of <h1>Delhi GST Update: 'Bus Body Building' Now Includes Vehicle Chassis, Effective November 22, 2019, per Notification No. 11/2017.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 11/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated June 30, 2017, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Lt. Governor of Delhi, it introduces an explanation to the entry regarding 'bus body building' in the notification's table. This term now includes building a body on the chassis of any vehicle under chapter 87 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The amendment takes effect from November 22, 2019. This notification follows a previous amendment made by Notification No. 20/2019-State Tax (Rate) dated October 22, 2019.
