of <h1>Karnataka Implements Section 13 of GST Amendment Act, 2019 Effective October 22, 2019.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has designated October 22, 2019, as the effective date for the implementation of Section 13 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019. This decision was formalized in Notification No. FD 47 CSL 2017, issued by the Finance Department on December 30, 2019. The notification was authorized by the Under Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, under the authority of the Governor of Karnataka.
