of <h1>Jharkhand Government Implements Rule 46 of JGST Rules, 2017 Effective April 1, 2020, Per Notification No. 71/2019.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand, exercising its authority under rule 5 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, has issued Notification No. 71/2019 - State Tax. This notification, dated February 10, 2020, announces the implementation of rule 46 of the JGST Rules, 2017. The provisions will take effect on April 1, 2020, following the recommendations of the Council. This action was formalized through S.O. No. 6 and published in the Gazette of Jharkhand.
