of <h1>Jharkhand GST Update: Late Fee Waived for Delayed GSTR-1 Submissions from July 2017 to November 2019.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended Notification No. 4/2018-State Tax, dated February 20, 2018, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment introduces a proviso waiving the late fee for registered persons who failed to submit their outward supply details in FORM GSTR-1 for the period from July 2017 to November 2019 by the due date, provided they submitted these details between December 19, 2019, and January 10, 2020. This notification is effective from December 19, 2019, as ordered by the Governor of Jharkhand.
