of <h1>Andhra Pradesh GST Rules: QR Code Mandatory on B2C Invoices for Turnover Over Rs. 500 Crore from April 2020.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, mandates that registered persons with an annual turnover exceeding five hundred crore rupees must include a Quick Response (QR) code on invoices issued to unregistered persons (B2C invoices). If a Dynamic QR code is provided digitally, the invoice will be considered compliant. This requirement, enacted following recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council, is effective from April 1, 2020. The notification is issued by the Revenue Department's Commercial Taxes-II division, authorized by the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
