of <h1>Andhra Pradesh GST (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 to Take Effect April 1, 2020, per Government Notification.</h1> The Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, will be effective from April 1, 2020, as per the notification issued by the Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. This enactment follows the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council and is authorized under rule 5 of the said amendment rules, initially issued on August 19, 2019. The notification is issued under the authority of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
