of <h1>Uttarakhand GST Rule 48: Invoices Required for Businesses with Over Rs. 100 Crore Turnover from April 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Uttarakhand, under the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, mandates that registered persons with an annual turnover exceeding 100 crore rupees must prepare invoices according to sub-rule (4) of Rule 48. This requirement applies to the supply of goods or services to other registered persons. This notification, issued by the Governor on the Council's recommendation, aims to enhance public interest and will be effective from April 1, 2020.
