of <h1>New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies Set by CBIC Effective January 17, 2020, Superseding Previous Notification.</h1> Notification No. 05/2020-Customs (N.T.) issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on January 16, 2020, determines the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian currency for imported and exported goods, effective January 17, 2020. This supersedes Notification No. 01/2020-CUSTOMS (N.T.). The exchange rates are detailed in two schedules: Schedule I lists rates for individual foreign currencies, and Schedule II provides rates for 100 units of foreign currencies, covering currencies such as the US Dollar, Euro, Japanese Yen, and others.
