of <h1>India Revises GST Transition Dates for Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh in Notification No. 03/2020.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance and the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, issued Notification No. 03/2020 to amend Notification No. 62/2019-Central Tax. This amendment pertains to the transition plan for the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Specifically, the dates in paragraph 2, clause (iii) and paragraph 3 of the original notification are revised from '30th day of October, 2019' and '31st day of October, 2019' to '31st day of December, 2019' and '1st day of January, 2020,' respectively.
