of <h1>West Bengal Govt Designates Portals for E-Invoice Preparation u/r 48(4) of GST Rules, Effective Jan 2020.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued Notification No. 69/2019-State Tax, dated December 23, 2019, under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification designates specific websites as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portals for e-invoice preparation, in accordance with rule 48(4) of the West Bengal GST Rules, 2017. The listed portals are managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network, a company under the Companies Act, 2013. This notification will be effective from January 1, 2020.
