of <h1>Uttar Pradesh GST Act Amendment Extends CMP-08 Form Submission Deadline for July-September 2019 to October 22, 2019.</h1> The Governor of Uttar Pradesh has issued an amendment to a prior notification under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment modifies the original notification dated 02 July 2019 by adding a proviso in paragraph 2. It specifies that the due date for submitting the GST CMP-08 form, detailing self-assessed tax payments for the quarter from July to September 2019, is extended to 22 October 2019. This amendment is retroactively effective from 18 October 2019.
