of <h1>Nagaland GST Act Amended: New Items Added to Schedule, Including Dried Tamarind and Leaf Plates Effective October 2019.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has amended its notification dated 30th June 2017 under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from 1st October 2019, the amendments include additions to the Schedule. Specifically, item number 57A, 'Tamarind dried,' and item number 114C, 'Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark,' have been inserted. These changes are made following the recommendations of the Council, as authorized by section 11(1) of the Act.
