of <h1>Nagaland GST Act Amended: Cement Classification Updated Under Customs Tariff Act, Effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through its Finance Department, has amended a previous notification dated 29th March 2019 concerning the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment modifies the entry in the table against serial number 2, replacing it with 'Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.' This change is based on recommendations from the Council and will be effective from 1st October 2019.
