of <h1>Nagaland Finance Department Amends GST Notification; Effective Date Changed to November 21, 2019, per Section 2017 Recommendations.</h1> The Government of Nagaland's Finance Department has issued an amendment to a previous notification dated June 21, 2019, under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, made in the public interest and based on the Council's recommendations, changes the effective date from August 21, 2019, to November 21, 2019. The amendment was formalized by the Officer on Special Duty in the Finance Department on August 20, 2019.
