of <h1>Nagaland Implements GST Amendment Rules 2019, Rules 10, 11, 12, 26 Effective September 24 u/s 164 Authority.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through its Finance Department, has announced that rules 10, 11, 12, and 26 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Thirty Second Amendment) Rules, 2019, will become effective on September 24, 2019. This enactment is made under the authority granted by section 164 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification is identified by reference number F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1) (Vol. 1) /238 and was issued by an Officer on Special Duty in the Finance Department.
