of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Amends GST Notification to Specify Cement Classification Under Customs Tariff Act Effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued an amendment to Notification No. 07/2019-State Tax (Rate) dated March 29, 2019, under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective October 1, 2019, the amendment modifies the entry in the notification's table for serial number 2 to specify 'Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.' This change was made based on the recommendations of the Council and published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh.
