of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Reforms Anti-Profiteering Committee Under GST Act; Includes Central and State Tax Officials.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has reconstituted the State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act and Rules, 2017. This committee is established in accordance with Rule 123(2) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The committee comprises a Central Member, the Principal Commissioner from Visakhapatnam CGST Commissionerate, and a State Member, the Commissioner of State Tax (Audit). The committee will operate from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax in Edupugallu, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
