of <h1>Delhi Govt Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Businesses Over Rs. 1.5 Crore Turnover from Oct 2019 to Mar 2020.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through Notification No. 46/2019-State Tax, extends the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to furnish their GSTR-1 returns. This extension applies to the months from October 2019 to March 2020, with the new due date set as the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The notification, issued by the Commissioner based on the Council's recommendations, is effective from October 9, 2019, and further details for returns under section 38 will be announced in the Official Gazette.
